Edward (AKA Ned) Downie
Edward (AKA Ned) Downie expresses his sincere
gratitude to DOC for allowing him Thursday nights
off to study writing, and to Dusty, Velda, and the
members of The Northwest Arkansas Writers'
Workshop for agreeing to supervise his work-
release program and mentor his rehabilitation
